Terms of Delivery

To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience, please read carefully our shipping terms listed below:

     Shipping methods:
     We make deliveries only within Bulgaria.
     Our main partners are Speedy and Econt, but for the city of Devnya we also offer our own delivery for orders over BGN 200.

     Order processing:
     Once you place an order, it will be processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
     You will receive an order confirmation by email containing details of your order along with an estimated delivery date.

     Delivery on time:
     Estimated delivery time is between 1-3 business days after order processing.


     Local Delivery:
     For the city of Devnia, we offer free own delivery for orders over BGN 200.
    

     Delivery:
     Orders are delivered to the address you provide between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
    
    
     Payment:
     We accept a variety of payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
    
    

     Changes or cancellation of the order:

     If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations made after the order has been shipped.

     Damaged or missing items:
     In the event that you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us immediately. We will work with the couriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

     Withdrawal and refund:
     You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
     When returning the product, the courier service is at the customer's expense, and we will refund the amount provided the product meets the conditions described above.
